Axis.SettlingTolerancePosition

An axis will generate an event of type EventTypeSettled when the absolute value of PositionError is less than or equal to TolerancePositionFine and ActualVelocity is less than or equal to ToleranceVelocity for an amount of time equal to SettlingTime.
