S200 Tools: Open Issues
The following issues will be resolved in future versions of the S200 Tools. Change RequestsChange the default tab when selecting the Drive Setup Currently, when a user clicks the Drive Setup tree item in the S200 Tools, the last active tab is shown. Instead, the Summary tab should be shown whenever the Drive Setup is selected. Existing BugsForced to quit and restart the S200 Tools applicationA user is forced to quit and restart the S200 Tools application under the following scenario: A user has a host computer (PC-1) with an XMP controller locally connected to an S200 drive (A). The user successfully connects to a remote S200 drive (B) by designating an IP address in the Communication Wizard. But, if the user opens a new connection via the Communication Wizard and attempts to talk to the locally installed S200 drive (A), the S200 Tools application will display the “No Connection” error message and freeze. The user must quit the application and restart S200 Tools.
