RMB-10V2-SynqNet System I/O includes:

Dedicated Inputs per Axis: (opto-isolated)

 
  • Positive and Negative Limit inputs
  • Home input

Node Disable Input (opto-isolated)

User I/O (opto-isolated)

 
  • Individually configurable as input or output
  • There are four user I/Os per 4-axis RMB-10V2.
    Each user I/O is individually configurable as input or output.

Opto-isolated User I/O

There are four (4) user I/Os per RMB-10V2, and each user I/O is individually configurable as input or output. Software configuration is not required. The polarity of external wiring determines whether it's an input or output.

User I/O Input Pull-up Configuration

WARNING!
A resistor must be supplied by the digital device. Connecting the RMB's bi-directional opto pins to a power supply will blow the circuit.

 

User I/O Input Pull-down Configuration

Recommended R values
For Vuser = 5V, R = 820Ω
For Vuser = 24V, R = 6.8kΩ

Connecting RMB-10V2 Transceiver I/O

There are twelve (12) Transceiver I/O per RMB-10V2. Each bit is software configurable and can be individually configured as an input or output.
